Win365 Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Win365, accessing the website, downloading the mobile app, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form the complete agreement between you and Win365. They override any prior understanding, verbal or written, relating to your use of the platform.

Win365 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active account holders through in-app messaging or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on Win365, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Win365 does not allow minors to participate in any form of gaming or betting on this platform.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You may only hold one active account on Win365. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Win365, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

Win365 may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until documentation is provided.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Win365 account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone else.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Win365 support immediately through the in-app chat system. Win365 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to use your Win365 account for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting systems (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Win365 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Win365 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, and approved mobile wallets. There are no currency conversion fees on any supported method.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time or within a short processing window depending on your chosen method. There is a minimum deposit amount displayed within your account dashboard. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to your account being fully verified. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — please check the current timelines in your account section. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority processing and, at Diamond tier, instant withdrawals are available. Win365 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation before processing larger withdrawal amounts.

You may only withdraw to a payment method you own and that has been used for at least one deposit, or that has been formally verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Win365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms which are displayed alongside each promotion. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully verified account and who have opted in to the specific offer where opt-in is required.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. This requirement will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly unless the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated that they can be used together.
• Win365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• If Win365 determines that a bonus has been claimed through misuse — including the use of multiple accounts, providing false information, or coordinated play with other players — the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• PSL season bonuses, VIP cashback, and cricket match promotions are subject to these same general terms in addition to their specific offer terms.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Win365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games including slots, table games, and bingo. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in professional studios. Game outcomes are determined in real time and are not influenced by Win365 after the game round has commenced.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, Win365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Decisions made by Win365 in such circumstances are final. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform error, any wagers placed in that round will typically be refunded to your account balance.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match or event. Where the result is disputed or the event is cancelled, markets will be settled according to standard industry practice and Win365's individual sport rules, which are available within the sports betting section.

Any attempt to exploit glitches, use external software to influence outcomes, or place bets using insider information is strictly prohibited. Win365 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such behaviour is detected.

7. VIP Programme

The Win365 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points are earned automatically on every real-money wager placed across all game types — live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and more. Points accumulate and determine your current tier status.

Benefits at each tier include cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, personal account managers at higher tiers, and exclusive promotional offers tied to cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. Win365 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and point values at any time. VIP status is not transferable between accounts. If an account is closed for any reason, accumulated VIP points and associated benefits are forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

Win365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all account holders at no cost and can be activated directly from your account settings.

We strongly encourage all players to set a personal budget before gaming and to stick to it. Gaming on Win365 should be treated as entertainment, not as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, Win365 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded account from accessing the platform. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Win365 platform — including the website design, graphics, software, game assets, logos, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Win365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Win365 content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or automated access to any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Win365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, Win365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, delays in processing, or decisions made based on platform data. Our total liability to you in any situation shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your active Win365 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Account Closure

Win365 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive behaviour toward support staff or other players.
• Use of the account in a manner inconsistent with normal player activity patterns.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are confirmed as legitimately yours will typically be returned to your verified payment method, minus any amounts related to the breach, following a review.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method in the normal course.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Win365 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a revision is significant — such as a change to withdrawal policies, bonus rules, or eligibility requirements — we will provide reasonable advance notice to active account holders through in-app messaging or email.

Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. The version published on the Win365 website at any given time is the version in force.
